HORSEPOWER FOR HEALING - FEES AND POLICIES

At HorsePower for Healing, our adaptive therapeutic program invests in your mental and emotional well-being. We invest time, energy, and preparation to provide clients with the best care possible. We also set limits on how many clients are in each weekly group session to provide a comfortable and safe place to process and reflect; this protects our horses from burnout. Our equine-assisted activities and psychotherapy offer a wide variety of needs that are aimed to help those between the ages of 5-65. The adaptive therapeutic program is 8-12 weeks with 1 group per week, based on individual needs.

Our fees:

$60 for evaluation/assessment

$75 for a 90-minute group session

$95 for a 60-minute individual psychotherapy session with one of our licensed therapist & a horse (if the use of a horse is not preferred please let us know at time of intake or your therapist).

Team Building Workshop/Retreat: (snacks & drinks will be provided)

$1600 for 3.5 hours for up to a group of 8 ($80 per additional participant).

No refunds. Our services are provided at the lowest cost available to help serve our community and those in need . Additionally, our service/session fees are at the max amount of  a deduction that can be given in order to keep our horses healthy & happy to serve others.

The following policies are to be observed:

• Payment in full is due at the time of service (every session unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance).
   
  
• Following two consecutive cancellations, inconsistent attendance, and non-payment of fees, your status as a client will be evaluated.
   
  
• Any fees incurred due to insufficient checks will be the client’s responsibility. The fee is $35 per check (subject to change depending on the bank fee).
